Sales expert Azad Gahramanov on Jan. 22 gave a lecture on the topic of “Intelligent Sale” as part of YÜKSƏL educational project implemented on the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the Baku Book Center with financial support from BP Azerbaijan. The event was attended by students and teachers of the Faculty of Business and Management of the Azerbaijan State Economic University, as well as representatives of the student volunteer program “Bir” of the Ministry of Education. Azad Gahramanov talked about how to develop the qualities necessary for a successful sale, the factors affecting the sale, and the basics of intelligent sale.
The presenter also highlighted the skills of the professional sales manager, communicative skills, the ability to correctly present goods, plan prices, manage customer complaints and build relationships with them correctly.
At the same time, the participants got acquainted with various modern sales technologies (B2B, retail, commercial sales, etc.). During the lecture, Azad Gahramanov spoke about books on the topic, answered numerous questions. The event continued with an interesting discussion. At the end of the lecture, the participants were presented with books recommended by the speaker.
