Delivery
Baku Book Center provides delivery within the city of Baku for orders over 10 AZN.
Delivery Terms:
Free Delivery: Available within a 10 km radius of the Baku Book Center. Additional Fees: 1 AZN charge per additional kilometer will be applied for distances beyond 10 km.
Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Delivery Timeframe: Orders will be delivered within 48 hours to locations within a 25 km radius of the Baku Book Center.
Return and Exchange Policy
You have the right to return or exchange goods in accordance with Azerbaijani legislation within 14 days, provided that the items are in their original condition and accompanied by official receipts. Goods must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. Items that have been used or are no longer in their original condition cannot be returned or exchanged. For hygiene reasons, children's toys and headphones are not eligible for return or exchange. Products purchased with a Baku Book Center gift card cannot be returned or exchanged.
