On May 22, Member of Parliament Shahin Seyidzade led a seminar titled "Azerbaijani Management" at the Baku Book Center. The event was held as part of the "Spring Seminars" series under the educational initiative YüksƏL and welcomed students from Baku State University (BSU) and the Azerbaijan Institute of Theology (AIT). The seminar explored various aspects of management in Azerbaijan, including prevailing stereotypes and behavioral patterns referred to as "management syndromes"—such as chronic lateness, excuse-making, and problem avoidance. Participants engaged in discussions on the perception of time, maintaining a balance between personal and professional relationships, loyalty, and other relevant topics. At the conclusion of the seminar, attendees received books as gifts from the Baku Book Center.
