Proper nutrition is one of the fundamental pillars of good health. It is no coincidence that many diseases stem from metabolic disorders caused by poor dietary habits. Unfortunately, a significant portion of the population lacks adequate knowledge about nutritional guidelines. These and related topics were thoroughly discussed during the latest seminar held on May 15 at the Baku Book Center, part of the "Spring seminars" series under the educational initiative "YüksƏl." Students from Baku State University participated in the event. The seminar, titled "Nutrition for a Healthy Future," featured nutritionist Tutu Zeynalova, who delivered an in-depth presentation on essential nutrients, macro- and microelements, healthy lifestyle habits, and the core principles of balanced nutrition. The session continued as an interactive dialogue, encouraging engagement and questions from attendees. At the conclusion of the seminar, participants received books as gifts from the Baku Book Center.
