The Baku Book Center on February 6 hosted the first winter seminar as part of the “YüksƏl” educational project. Psychiatrist, addiction medicine specialist Asif Kengerli led the seminar on "The Harmful Effects of Psychoactive Substances on Human Life." He discussed the damaging impact of addictive substances on mental and physical health, behavior, and daily life. Dr. Kengerli also engaged with participants, answering their questions and providing valuable insights. At the end of the seminar, he presented attendees with autographed copies of his books. Volunteers from the Regional Development Public Association (RİİB) also took part in the event.

The final "Winter seminar" as part of the “YüksƏl” educational project took place at the Baku Book Center on February 27. Entitled "Bridge," the seminar was led by Ayan Etibar, a personal and professional development instructor and marathon runner.

This event was part of the “Winter Seminars” series under the educational project “YüksƏL”, and it brought together over 70 volunteers from the Union of Voluntary Organizations of Azerbaijan.
