The Baku Book Center on February 1 announced the start of “Novruzum” children's drawing and tale competition. Children aged 5 to 14 years were invited to participate in the competition and submit their drawings (one drawing per participant) and fairy tales dedicated to Novruz holiday until March 1 to the Baku Book Center. 
 
During this time, we have received more than 250 drawings and more than 20 fairy tales. In their works, the children managed to convey all the sunny, bright colors, customs and traditions of the warm, bright and well-loved holiday marking the coming of Spring - Novruz!
 
The jury of the contest, which included famous artists, writers and artists, on March 13 got acquainted with all the works submitted for the competition, and determined the winners in four age categories.
 
The final exhibition and award ceremony will be held on March 19.
