The Baku Book Center on Dec. 3 hosted the launch of the manual "Azerbaijani Language", authored by Mehriban Mikayilova, the head of the Azerbaijani Language Department at Landau School. The book, which aims to assist students studying in English in preparing for the state Azerbaijani language exam, was published under the supervision of Emil Leznik, the Executive Director for Academic Affairs at Landau School.
In her speech, Mehriban Mikayilova explained that the main goal of the resource is to help applicants master Azerbaijani grammar. "The material in this manual is the result of years of research and the dedicated work of a large team," she noted.
Emil Leznik, CEO for Academic Affairs at Landau School, along with Nigar Rasulova, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts, highlighted the significance of the manual for both applicants and teachers of the Azerbaijani language. During the event, singer Roman performed the song "Azerbaijan", accompanied by piano. The event concluded with Mehriban Mikayilova signing copies of her book for the guests.
