Regional Development Public Association (RİİB) and the Baku Book Center on March 12 jointly organized the presentation of the book “The History of the Patriotic War - the Personality Factor” in Chinese. The book is dedicated to the glorious Victory of Azerbaijan in the Patriotic war. RİİB volunteers, Chinese students studying in Azerbaijan, war veterans, and public figures attended the event. Welcoming the participants of the event, Director of the Baku Book Center Gunel Rzayeva said that President Ilham Aliyev is always true to his word and has fulfilled all his promises to the people of Azerbaijan. Young people must believe every word of Mr. President and always support him.
The head of the department of the Baku City Executive Power, Elmin Imanov, said that the book, which is dedicated to the specific historical event in the history of Azerbaijan, is the first book published in seven languages - Azerbaijani, Turkish, English, Russian, Arabic, Persian and Chinese in a short period of time. The book is currently being translated into Urdu. The event also featured speeches by RİİB representative Murad Gasimli, World War II veteran Gadir Dashdamirov and a student from China studying in our country. The event then featured performance of Azerbaijani musicians.
