The Baku Book Center on June 7 hosted a presentation of a book entitled “Maqsud əbədidir” (“Maksud forever”), dedicated to the national writer Maksud Ibragimbekov. The book, published by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, was written by the Honored Journalist of Azerbaijan Nadejda Ismayilova in the genre of a documentary story.
Director of Maksud Ibragimbekov's Creativity Center Anna Ibragimbekova said that the book acquaints readers with the brightest and most interesting pages of the writer's life and work.
Other guests of the evening shared warm memories about Maksud Ibragimbekov. An experimental interactive performance "A Comfortable Place in the Garden" based on the works of Maksud Ibragimbekov "The Pistachio Tree", "A Comfortable Place in the Garden" and "Goodbye, Milady!" and starring Honored artists Elshan Rustamov, Melek Abbaszade and Shahin Novrasli  was shown as part of the presentation. The director of the performance is Tarlan Rasulov.
