The Baku Book Center on December 20 hosted a meeting with the national poet Ramiz Rovshan. The meeting was organized with the support of the "Culture herald" program of the "ASAN Könüllüləri" ("ASAN Volunteers") organization as part of the "National and moral values" project. At the event Ramiz Rovshan held discussions with readers and read selected poems.

The Baku Book Сenter on May 2 hosted the presentation of “Azim Azimzade” art book published by National Art Museum of Azerbaijan. The book covers paintings by Azim Azimzade, outstanding artist, founder of Azerbaijani satirical graphics. The editor and author of the book is Professor of the Azerbaijan State Academy of Arts Chingiz Farzaliyev.

A documentary "Azerbaijani Erivan" was shown at the Baku Book Center on April 19. The event was organized with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. The film was created as part of the Fortis Films project by Fortis Construction company.
