Baku Book Center on Dec. 22 unveiled a historical fiction novel “From Baku with love” by Russian writer of Azerbaijani origin Samid Agayev. The book was published by the Baku Book Center in Azerbaijani and Russian languages.
Addressing the book signing event, Director of the Baku Book Center, Gunel Rzayeva, the editor of the novel, poet and writer Ilgar Fahmi, national writer of Azerbaijan Chingiz Abdullayev, poet and translator of the novel Shahrun Suleymanova spoke about the book and congratulated the author.
Samid Agayev, in turn, expressed his gratitude to the Baku Book Center for the promotion of his novel and answered questions from the audience. At the end of the meeting, he signed his book for readers.
“From Baku with Love” novel tells a love story that unfolds against the background of the March events of 1918 in Baku. The book is on sale at the Baku Book Center.
