Musical evening dedicated to women was organized at Baku Book Center on March 6, on the eve of the `international women's day. Head of ASAN Radio Emin Mousavi, TV presenter Jeyhun Ali and Honored artist of Azerbaijan Jabir Imanov congratulated women and stressed the role of women in society. They emphasized that wise Azerbaijani women made a great positive impact on the formation and thinking of the Azerbaijani people and invaluable contribution to the development of the country.
 
People's writers of Azerbaijan Anar and Chingiz Abdullayev also congratulated women and shared fanny stories. Guests of the event were impressed by live music performances of famous musicians Farhad Badalbeyli,  Salman Gambarov, Yalchin Adygezalov, Murad Huseynov,  Dmitry Yablonsky, Ehtiram Huseynov and students of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art. The evening also featured premiere of the song "Mother" by Jabir Imanov (lyrics by Aidan Handan) performed by Orhan Javadov and Tural Mammadov.
