The Baku Book Center on Apr. 20 hosted a presentation of the book by musical critic, teacher, Honored art worker, Prof. Zumrud Dadashzade “I was born with love. Adila Huseynzade.”
 
The book covers the life and work of Adila Huseynzade, famous composer and teacher, one of the first female composers of Azerbaijan, the favorite student of Uzeir Hajibeyli.
Director of the Baku Book Center Gunel Rzayeva opened the event.
 
Vice-Rector of the National Conservatory, Professor Lala Huseynova, People’s Artist, composer Elnara Dadasheva shared their impressions of the book, described rich musical heritage of Adila Huseynzade.
 
Speaking about her work on the book, Zumrud Dadashzade said that it reflects interesting facts from the life of Adila Huseynzade, her family, her first steps in music, pedagogical and creative activities, photos from her personal archive.
 
The presentation of the book included musical pieces by Adila Huseynzade performed by the People's artist of Azerbaijan Fidan Hajiyeva, laureate of international competitions Saida Tagizade and honored artist Alexei Miltikh.
