The Baku Book Center on Dec. 20 hosted a presentation of a new Internet resource - the news portal Gazet.az. The founder and chief editor of the website, Aynur Kerimova, introduced the staff to the audience and emphasized that the main goal of the website is to cover the most important events taking place both in the country and abroad.

Famous TV host Jeykhun Ali, Doctor of Philology, Professor Gulu Maharramli, Editor-in-Chief of “525-ci qəzet” Rashad Mejid, Honored actor of Azerbaijan Bahram Bagirzade, Head of Corporate Communications Department of Azercell Telekom Nigar Shikhlinskaya and others congratulated the staff of the website, wished them success in their future activities, expressed hope that the news website would become a reliable source of information.

The participants emphasized that today there is a great need for objective, impartial journalists, high-quality analytical material. Qazet.az news webisite began its work on December 1 and also is presented on social networks.
