As COP29 is underway in Baku, we were honored today to welcome a distinguished guest from the UAE, Nahla Nabil, a book publisher and co-author of Mission Zero book. Nahla Nabil met with children at the Baku Book Center on Nov. 21, generously donating several copies of her book. She also led an engaging climate change session in a lively Q&A format, creating an unforgettable experience for the participants. On behalf of the Baku Book Center, the children who attended the event were also gifted "Yeni il hədiyyələri" books by Azerbaijani author Dəniz Məmmədli.A special thank you to the kids from "Barefoot club by Jahan" for joining today's session. Mission Zero, designed for children ages 8-12, focuses on sustainability and climate change.

On September 20, the Baku Book Center hosted the launch ceremony for "A Grammar of Contemporary Azerbaijani," authored by Zhale Garibova, Vice-Rector for International Relations at Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL), and Sabina Aliyeva, Senior Lecturer in the Department of Azerbaijani Linguistics at AUL.
