The Baku Book Center on February 24 hosted a presentation of the historical “Qara qan” (“The black blood” trilogy novel by a writer and publicist, honored journalist Fazil Guney.
At the beginning of the presentation, a memory of the victims of the Khojaly genocide was marked with a minute of silence.
Director of the Baku Book Center Gunel Rzayeva, director of the Irshad Center for Religious Studies Rafig Aliyev, literary critic Kanan Hajili, doctor of philological sciences, professor Ismail Kazimov, lieutenant general Yashar Aydemirov and others spoke about the literary and journalistic significance of the novel written in the spirit of patriotism.
Fazil Guney said in his speech that the novel was written with the aim of conveying all the pain and tragedy of the Karabakh war to a wide audience.
