The Baku Book Center on March 31 hosted a launch of "Khojaly Scream" paintings catalogue by famous Azerbaijani artist and animation director Nazim Mammadov, dedicated to the Khojaly tragedy. Speaking at the event, Prof. Ziyadkhan Aliyev said that with a series of paintings dedicated to Khojaly, Nazim Mammadov managed to express all the pain and bitterness of the Azerbaijani people. The event was hosted by Baku history researcher Fuad Akhundov and poetess Ulviya Akhundova. Outstanding musician, tar player Sahib Pashazade and pianist Saida Taghi-zade performed at the event. The exhibition of Nazim Mammadov’s drawings was also organized as part of the presentation.

A documentary "Azerbaijani Erivan" was shown at the Baku Book Center on April 19. The event was organized with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. The film was created as part of the Fortis Films project by Fortis Construction company.
