The Baku Book Center on Feb. 17 unveiled a book "Mərmidən xatirələr" (“Memories from a shell”) by the young writer Abdulla Safi. The event was organized by “Great Return” (“Böyük Qayıdış”) youth organization with the support of the Youth Foundation. The book tells stories of 44-day war veterans. The author of the book Abdulla Safi addressed the event, which was attended by members of the organization's board, students, veterans and public figures. Executive director of the “Great Return” organization, Nail Shukurov, said that one of the main directions of the organization’s activity is to inform people about the heroes of the 44-day war. At the end of the event, the author signed his books for the guests.
